The world being what it is, here is the usual disclaimer of liability, plus a few job search cautions:
All information contained in this web site is provided in good faith. While I have attempted to make the information in this and associated documents as accurate as possible, I give no guarantee as to the accuracy or currency of any information provided through this service or found as a consequence of this service nor for any loss or damage resulting from any such information.
Checking out job vacancies are your own responsibility. I do not review or confirm the accuracy of any Content or postings on Cyber-Sierra's Natural Resources Job Search or Cyber-Sierra and sub-sites.
I reserve the right to review and reject any information I believe to be contrary to the objectives of Cyber-Sierra or it's sub-sites as defined by me. I reserve the right to remove any Content, deactivate any account, or otherwise terminate access to any site for any reason. I do not endorse or sponsor in any way the activities, products, services or policies of any person or company that posts information on or that has been linked to, or serves as part of Cyber-Sierra.com or sub-sites. I accept no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any Content posted, or the hiring practices or policies of employers.
Links disappear, contents change, web sites move, pages appear and disappear, contents get modified and Cyber-Sierra has no control over what happens on other web sites. Cyber-Sierra makes every attempt to keep our domain free of any links to site promoting porn, hate, sleezyness, illegal activities, or similar anti-family topics. However, since I do not control what happens on other domains/links this crud may periodically creep in. Currently a number of environmental domains who let their domain name lapse have had their former domains reactivated by porn sites causing serious problems for all concerned. Should you discover a link leading to inappropriate material please bring it to my attention ASAP.
Reference herein to any specific commercial products, process, or service by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not necessarily constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation or favoring by myself, Cyber-Sierra or the Natural Resources Job Search web site.
Furthermore, I do not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information mentioned within the links or vacancy announcements on this web site. I rely on advertiser provided materials to create the vacancy announcements, and web sites for link information and have to trust that their information is both complete and accurate. Plus, there is always the chance that my fingers type in something inaccurate, so please be a little understanding of the human element involved in web work. Liability in any event is limited to $10.
Practically all the jobs links listed go to web sites open to the public and free to job hunters. Cyber-Sierra has never charged visiting job hunters anything and I have no plans to do so. Job hunters may make a completely voluntary financial contribution to support the site but are not required to do so. I do charge employers to advertise their job vacancies.
A few of the sites listed in the links may charge a fee for services they offer or may refer you to other web sites or services that charge a fee. To the best of my knowledge you will not incur any charges unless you register for, or order a service or product. Inspect each site carefully for potential charges before signing up for anything. If a site asks for billing information, they are going to charge you.
Use common sense and reasonable caution when pursuing any job lead. Keep in mind that most links lead to free information, but some links lead to commercial job recruiters. Make sure you understand what you are doing, before you commit yourself. If in doubt, contact the entity by more traditional methods of mail, phone or fax. Remember, there are no secrets on the Internet. Just by visiting a page you have traded information - that IS what the Internet was designed to do - trade information.
